Can I opt- out of emails and alerts from Enervee/EmPower+?

Yes, and it’s very easy. Whilst we’re trying to make buying energy efficient and cost effective products for your home as easy as possible, we know there’s more to life than a super efficient fridge-freezer. Users with a profile can opt-out of any specific communications (e.g. or price alerts) at any time, simply by going into their profile page and deselecting the relevant communication boxes. It’s important to know that EmPower+ marketplace communications are separate from EmPower+ communications, so if you are an EmPower+ customer and opt out of EmPower+ marketplace communications, you will still receive your regular emails from EmPower+.
