Are there any additional fees?
No, all fees are included in the program. This includes the haul away of your previous appliance and installation of your new one. -
Can I opt- out of emails and alerts from Enervee/EmPower+?
Yes, and it’s very easy. Whilst we’re trying to make buying energy efficient and cost effective products for your home as easy as possible, we know there’s more to life than a super efficient fridge-freezer. Can I pick up my items in-store?
No, because haul away and installation are required we are not able to support in-store pick up at this time. -
You will need to work directly with Best Buy to request rescheduling of your delivery. In the Best Buy Confirmation email there is a link to “prepare for your delivery or reschedule”.

Can I return a product or swap it for a different one?
No, all sales are final since the previous appliance was hauled away and the new one installed. At this time we are not able to honor any swap outs of products. -

Is it required to do a haul-away?
Yes, this program requires haul-away of the previous refrigerator/freezer but that fee is already included in the program. -

Yes, your product is covered under Best Buy’s Warranty. Any repairs or concerns about your new product should be directed to Best Buy’s Warranty information. -
What are my options for receiving my order?
Currently, we only offer one method to receive your order and that’s via delivery that can be scheduled during order placement. Please note: Your order can only be delivered to your service address. -
